Healthcare Partnerships Manager

To support the expansion of healthcare partnerships, the full-time Healthcare Partnerships Manager will develop executive-level relationships with healthcare organizations, identify workforce challenges, and drive revenue growth through customized education and workforce solutions in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with hospitals and healthcare organizations to generate new partnership opportunities and drive revenue growth Identify workforce gaps and align solutions to organizational priorities, including recruitment and retention initiatives Generate new partnership opportunities by leading discovery meetings, presenting tailored solutions, and facilitating negotiations for partnership agreements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) 5-7+ years of experience in business development, enterprise partnerships, or healthcare relationship management Proven success in driving revenue growth and developing partnerships within healthcare systems Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and negotiation skills Experience managing long consultative sales cycles and influencing multi-stakeholder decision-making processes
