Key Responsibilities\n

As an essential member of our clinical team, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs, creating detailed and personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, focusing on trauma-informed care strategies specific to each client’s situation.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records that comply with all relevant regulations and organizational standards.

• Collaborate actively with other mental health professionals, participating in regular treatment team meetings to ensure holistic care and coordinated efforts.

• Provide education and ongoing support to clients and their families, equipping them with essential tools and resources for navigating challenges.

Qualifications\n
