Description

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients in inpatient or outpatient environments and formulate personalized treatment plans

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited educational institution

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification preferred

• Prior experience in a clinical setting is highly preferred
