Responsibilities Produce and analyze weekly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, closings, and reconciliation. Lead audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Ensure accurate invoices and credits within both ERP and QuickBooks (Desktop). Collaborate with the collections agency and oversee receivables. Reconcile sales reports between ERP and QuickBooks. Assist CEO with quoting new jobs and ad-hoc reporting needs. Maintain oversight of all accounting operations and provide support to upper management. Oversee three direct reports. Manage inventory tracking and reporting, preferred. Ensure timely communication and task follow-through, especially on sensitive or urgent matters. Qualifications Degree in Accounting or Finance 5-7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. Prior experience managing an accounting team. Strong command of Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Desktop. Assertive, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Patient and adaptable personality.
