The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Director of Operations and supervising the warehouse team members to ensure that all functions are performed efficiently within the company and distribution center standards.


The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 4:00 am to 1:00 pm or until finished.

You will:

• Plan, manage, and coordinate the daily activities for the warehouse within morning shift operations
• Actively monitor all aspects of put away operations, error prevention, replenishment productivity
• Effectively forecast volume, staffing, and supply needs to meet productivity and expense budgets
• Walk the warehouse to ensure building conditions are maintained
• Identify potential safety hazards and correct them as necessary
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with the warehouse team and supply chain
• Develop productive associates through training and coaching
• Perform other duties as assigned, including special projects

You have:

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the distribution industry
• A working knowledge of OSHA and local and state saftey regulations regarding warehouse operations
• Strong leadership and engagement skills
• Experience implementing process improvements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• Experience with FDA or Health Department inspections is a big plus
