Operations Manager

Job Summary Overall responsibility for a Plant within the regional fleet. May be responsible for multiple sites, including mine sites. The role oversees safety, environmental and regulatory compliance; operation, maintenance, technical and engineering support; long‑ and short‑range planning, O&M Resource Plan, Capital Resource Plan; project and contractor management; staffing; employee/team development; labor relations; communication; community relations; site/equipment demolition. Salary range: $145,000 – $172,000 annually, plus eligible for bonus, profit sharing, and benefits for employee and dependents. Key Accountabilities Provide management and direction of safety, environmental and regulatory compliance. Oversee operation and maintenance, technical and engineering support. Develop long and short‑range planning and resource plans (O&M and Capital). Manage projects and contractor relationships. Staff, develop and support employees and teams. Handle employee/labor relations; communication and community relations. Lead site or equipment demolition activities. Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements 7 years of supervisory/management experience. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to some of the listed skills.
