Draft offer letters and employment agreements. Handle public company compensation disclosure. Address related tax and securities law issues. Requirements JD from 2023-2024. Previous large law firm experience required. Admitted to practice in California or New York. Education JD from a top law school. Certifications Admitted to practice law in California or New York.
