We are seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Technician(Cabinetry & Stone Fabrication) to bridge the gap between architectural vision and physical production. You will split your time between office-based CAD design for commercial cabinetry and on-site digital templating for premium stone countertops. This is an ideal role for a CAD-proficient individual looking to grow into a technical expert in the construction and fabrication industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engineering Drafting: Prepare detailed shop drawings, assembly details, and submittal packages for commercial cabinetry using AutoCAD.

• Digital Templating: Perform accurate onsite measurements using digital templating systems to ensure precision for stone and countertop fabrication.

• Data Conversion: Translate field-collected data into production-ready CAD files for CNC and manual fabrication.

• Quality Coordination: Collaborate with the production team to resolve technical conflicts before materials reach the shop floor.

Required Qualifications:

• Technical Proficiency: 2-5 years of active, hands-on AutoCAD experience.

• Education: Associate Degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or equivalent relevant industry experience.

• Industry Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and construction specifications.

• Soft Skills: Strong spatial reasoning, professional communication skills (for client-facing site visits), and high attention to detail.
