The group is known for high-energy programming and strong brand presence, and is now bringing its social media and content function fully in-house. The culture is fast-moving, hands-on, and entrepreneurial, with high standards for creative quality and on-the-ground execution. About the Role This role is built around content and social media, with organic social ownership as the core of the position. The right person will create original content, manage day-to-day social presence, and drive the brand's voice across channels, while also handling supporting marketing functions like email, website upkeep, and event collateral. This is a hands-on, on-property role for someone energized by being embedded in a live, high-tempo environment rather than working from behind a desk. The role reports into ownership and works closely with venue leadership and operations teams to capture programming and activations in real time. Key Responsibilities Own organic social media presence and content strategy, including content calendars aligned to venue programming and promotional priorities Capture and produce original photo, video, and short-form vertical content on-site, with regular in-person presence at events and activations Write captions and copy that reflect the brand's distinct voice and tone Manage day-to-day community engagement, including comments, DMs, and mentions Lead influencer outreach and manage UGC sourcing and reposting strategy Build creative assets for paid social campaigns in partnership with the paid media team Maintain and update the company website and manage collateral for special events Develop and deploy email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and performance tracking Coordinate with a graphic designer on flyers, invites, and event materials, ensuring brand consistency Track and report on organic content performance, with regular recaps to leadership Qualifications 2 to 5 years of experience in hospitality, restaurant, nightlife or entertainment marketing Based in Los Angeles; this is a hybrid role with regular on-site presence tied to the venue's live programming schedule Demonstrated ability to both create content and manage social channels strategically.
