What You’ll Do: Line Cooks are responsible for the food guests rave about! You will prep for and prepare delicious dishes in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a safe and clean environment. Candidates must be able to work in a standing position for extended periods in a fast-paced environment. Restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train someone with a great attitude and willingness to work hard. Line Cook Responsibilities: Recipe Adherence Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies Prepare food for service in a timely manner Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Answer, report and follow Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager’s instructions Maintain a clean work environment Stock inventory appropriately Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, of high quality and in a timely fashion Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers Arrive on time and in clean, pressed uniform with a positive attitude ready to work Benefits: Flexible schedules for part-time and full-time positions.
