Customer Service Specialist Location: Tulsa Pay: $17 Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday Job Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional support to customers throughout their rental experience. In this role, you will assist customers before, during, and after their rental by researching concerns, resolving issues, and providing accurate information regarding policies, procedures, and available solutions. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, solution-oriented, and able to effectively communicate while navigating challenging situations. This position plays an important role in building customer loyalty and delivering a best-in‑class service experience. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service by owning each customer interaction and creating positive experiences that support loyalty and retention. Research, resolve, and respond to customer inquiries related to rental experiences worldwide. Handle customer concerns by identifying issues, determining appropriate solutions, and effectively communicating resolutions. Use negotiation skills and company guidelines to reach mutually beneficial outcomes. Provide accurate information regarding rental terms and conditions, including pre‑ and post‑rental transactions, loyalty programs, and company policies. Document customer interactions accurately within company systems to support tracking, reporting, and customer records. Meet performance expectations related to customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and service goals. Handle customer objections professionally while maintaining a positive and helpful approach. Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities. Ability to manage customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and confidence. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately document information. Ability to work in a performance‑driven environment while meeting service goals. Comfortable using multiple computer systems and applications. Customer service experience preferred.
