Job Details

• Position: Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS Telemetry) Nurse
• Schedule: Night Shift, 12-hour shifts, 36-48 hours per week
• Start Date: 10/12/2026
• End Date: 01/10/2027
• Education and Work Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; experience at an acute care facility preferred; licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required; Epic experience is required.
• Responsibilities include collecting relevant patient data, analyzing assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues, developing and implementing care plans, evaluating progress, collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams, providing patient education, participating in discharge planning, and delegating tasks appropriately.
• Certifications: RN licensure in the state of practice, BLS certification required.
• Additional Information: Must be able to float between Medical Surgial and Telemetry units.
