Pre-Access Scheduler

To support patient scheduling needs, the part-time PRN Pre-Access Scheduler will manage appointment scheduling, pre-registration, and administrative tasks while working fully remotely. Key responsibilities Schedule and pre-register patients for various appointments and procedures Handle high call volumes and manage multiple phone calls across different locations Collect and input patient data accurately while validating insurance and explaining benefits Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, or four years of revenue cycle experience Minimum of two years of revenue cycle or contact center experience Excellent computer skills with the ability to self-resolve technical issues Basic knowledge of medical insurance Ability to type at least 30 words per minute Virtual Vocations Inc
