Position: Roofing Sales Representative (Commission-Based)/ Account Manager : We are seeking motivated Roofing Sales Representatives to join our team. This is a full-time outside sales role focused on generating new roofing business. You will build relationships with homeowners, guide them through the insurance and roofing process, and ensure projects are completed to Bulldog Roofing’s high standards. Key Responsibilities Generate roofing sales leads through prospecting, referrals, and community presence Meet with homeowners to explain roofing options and sign contracts Assist homeowners during the insurance claims process Take and upload job-site photos using Acculynx software Maintain consistent communication with customers to ensure satisfaction Coordinate with insurance adjusters and internal staff Oversee roofing projects, ensuring quality and safety on-site Conduct final inspections and collect payments upon job completion Compensation Commission-based role with strong earning potential Average annual earnings: $50,000 - $300,000+ Monthly gas card provided 401(k) with company match Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off and flexible scheduling Company-provided leads Schedule Monday to Friday, with some evenings/weekends as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Prior roofing, construction, or sales experience is a plus Self-motivated, driven, and strong communication skills Reliable transportation and willingness to work in the field Why Join Bulldog Roofing?
