In this position, you’ll be supporting a local district, primarily serving Thorne Elementary School, for two and a half days each week. You’ll manage a caseload of about 25 students, with hours aligned to the elementary school day from 8:35 am - 3:38 pm—so you’ll have excellent work-life balance and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt therapy plans
• Passion for supporting students’ success and functional independence

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct OT services to approximately 25 students
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement individualized therapy plans
• Conduct assessments to develop and monitor student progress
• Maintain organized records in compliance with school and district policies
• Support the occupational therapy needs across the district, with a focus on Thorne Elementary
