Admissions Supervisor

Responsibilities Must be able to fulfill all functions and duties of all Admissions Department positions Assign duties to admission team members Review daily time sheets Conduct pre and post shift meetings Conduct in-service training sessions and weekly safety topic trainings Provide coaching to team members Issue disciplinary action according to park policies and procedures as needed Ensure admission work areas are clean, organized, and stocked with supplies and equipment Supervise guest experience to ensure excellent customer service is provided by team members,respond to guest concerns Ensure all park policies and procedures are being followed by team members Identify concerns and work with management to resolve concerns Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and team members Provide superior customer service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner Assist customers with questions regarding Ocean Breeze Waterpark Follow Park policies and procedures Other duties as assigned Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Experience in department or equivalent supervisory experience preferred Ability to accept guidance and supervision Demonstrate ability to work independentlyAbility to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership Be aware, attentive, and work well with others Ability to work in indoor and outdoor conditions while taking precautions, including hydration and sun-protection Physical Requirements Must be able to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time FREE Season Pass Free Tickets Park discounts on food, merchandise, etc. We also offer a retention bonus of up to $500 for team members that average a certain number of hours per week during the qualifying time period and work through a specified date.
