Sourcing Assistant

Job Overview We are looking for a Sourcing Assistant to support our Procurement Sales and Sourcing Specialist. In this remote role, you will assist with a large list of RFQs, search for items, and work with manufacturers and dealers to get the best pricing while meeting deadlines. You will also assist with operations to ensure everything runs smoothly. Job Details Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time (Flexible Hours) Key Responsibilities Help manage and process a large list of RFQs. Search for the right suppliers, manufacturers, and dealers to meet our needs. Obtain and compare quotes from suppliers to ensure the best possible pricing. Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery. Assist with the initial evaluation of supplier qualifications, certifications, and capabilities. Help with pre‑qualification processes and documentation as directed by the Sourcing Manager. Provide insights and recommendations on potential sourcing strategies. Maintain accurate records of quotes, contracts, and procurement decisions. Follow up with suppliers on delivery status and ensure on‑time shipments. Verify that supplier invoices match the initial quotes and agreed terms. Provide general administrative support to the procurement team as needed. What We’re Looking for Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines. Familiarity with procurement processes is a plus. Previous experience in sourcing, procurement, or a related field is an advantage. Flexibility to work according to project deadlines and requirements. Working Hours This is a remote position with flexible working hours, allowing you to adjust your schedule to meet deadlines.
