Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships
- Generate sales leads and schedule appointments.
- Educate clients on insurance options and recommend appropriate coverage
- Process insurance sales, payments, renewals, and policy changes.
- Assist with local marketing and perform daily office tasks
- Contribute to a high-energy, goal-oriented team environment
Requirements:
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Willing to obtain a Limited lines Insurance Broker's License.
- Must have a valid Texas ID/DL.
- Must have reliable transportation, and willing to commute between locations.
- Availability: Monday-Friday 9am-7pm, Saturday-Sunday 10am-6pm.
- Preferred: Bilingual - Spanish.
- Required: English
- Must be 18+.

We now have 31 locations under the same ownership from McFarland, through Fresno, and all the way down to Los Banos. We recently expanded in Texas and opened 5 stores in the Fort Worth area. We are proud to be a family-owned and operated company.
Our team of insurance professionals can offer our clients coverage for their auto, home, business, rental property, boat, motorcycle and anything else they might need protected for the best prices.
All of our Fiesta Auto Insurance offices also offer income tax preparation services. Our team of professionals are trained to help clients get them the refund they deserve.
