Pay Range: $48 - $52/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end technology projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and work breakdown structures.
• Coordinate cross-functional business, IT, and third-party vendor teams.
• Lead project meetings, document action items, and drive follow-up activities.
• Track project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID).
• Prepare executive-level status reports and communicate project progress.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, testing/UAT, implementation planning, and go-live activities.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, operational standards, and project closure best practices.
• Manage vendor relationships and facilitate issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: Enterprise technology project management (project planning, milestones, RAID management, governance, and delivery tracking)
• Vendor and consulting partner coordination
• Automation/RPA or enterprise systems implementation experience (UiPath experience is highly preferred)
• 2-4 years of IT Project Management experience
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, risks, issues, stakeholders, and vendor coordination
• Strong experience with: Enterprise technology implementations, Project planning and delivery, Stakeholder management, Vendor management, Status reporting and project governance
• PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification
• Experience with: Robotic Process Automation (RPA), preferably UiPath, Enterprise system integrations, Automation implementations, Software testing/UAT, Consulting partner coordination
• Healthcare or highly regulated environments (preferred but not required)
• Education: Bachelor's degree
