Job Details Job Location: Quirk Chevrolet - Braintree, MA 02184 Position Type: Full Time Job Category: Sales Position Overview Quirk is currently expanding and is in need of a new Business Development Center Representative. The BDC representative is responsible and accountable for producing committed scheduled appointments between our customers and our service department. Key Required Proficiencies Answer incoming service calls promptly and courteously while assisting customers with scheduling service appointments Respond to customer emails professionally and in a timely manner Monitor incoming leads continuously and ensure all inquiries receive prompt follow-up Collect and organize customer information for outreach regarding manufacturer recalls and service campaigns Contact customers regarding open recalls, maintenance recommendations, and service opportunities Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information Stay current on company updates, manufacturer programs, industry knowledge, and service standards Work closely with the service department to provide an exceptional customer experience Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within expected timeframes Preferred Skills Proficiency with MS office programs Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written Professional appearance and work ethic Great attitude with a high-energy personality Superior customer service skills Outstanding phone skills and follow-up Bilingual preferred, but not a requirement Benefits offered Health, Dental/Vision, 401K, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance and Critical Illness Insurance.
