Compliance Officer AssistantThe Compliance Officer Assistant is responsible for assisting in the implementation, monitoring, and enforcement of policies and procedures to ensure the dealership's compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate compliance initiatives. This role supports the Compliance Officer by conducting audits, reviewing policies, and ensuring adherence to industry regulations. The position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of automotive dealership compliance, including finance regulations, documentation, and risk management.The Compliance Officer Assistant will also provide training and support to dealership staff, ensure all documentation meets federal and state guidelines, and travel as needed to dealership locations to oversee compliance adherence.**Initial work location is in Canton, with plans to relocate the position to our new office in Ann Arbor**This job description summary outlines core aspects of this position, but additional duties may be required on a routine basis.
