Senior IT Project Manager-PMP

Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager-PMP Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid) Duration: Long-Term Contract Responsibilities Lead and oversee multiple enterprise-level IT projects from initiation through completion Manage large software modernization and digital transformation initiatives Develop, monitor, and maintain project plans, schedules, deliverables, and risk registers Coordinate activities among stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership Define project scope, user requirements, deliverables, approvals, and governance processes Ensure project timelines, budgets, and objectives are achieved successfully Communicate project status, risks, and progress updates to management and stakeholders Lead end-to-end migration efforts from on-premises Oracle Data Warehouse environments to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Collaborate with technical teams to resolve project risks and implementation challenges Mentor and guide junior and mid-level project managers Support project delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies Required Skills 10+ years of experience in complex IT project or portfolio coordination involving multiple stakeholders across multiple business areas and geographies Experience with Cloud Migration, Google Cloud, and Data Warehouse migration projects 10+ years of experience translating technology terms and explaining SDLC concepts to business/program teams with limited exposure to large software projects 10+ years of experience supporting senior project teams and driving projects to successful completion Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills 10+ years of experience organizing highly complex and technical information Prior experience working on large State of Indiana software projects Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies Experience with Oracle, PL/SQL, and enterprise data warehouse modernization Experience with Google Cloud technologies including: BigQuery Dataflow DataStream Ability to work effectively with technical teams, IT leadership, and business stakeholders Preferred Skills Experience managing projects within Azure DevOps PMP Certification Experience leading end-to-end on-premises to cloud data warehouse migrations #J-18808-Ljbffr My3Tech
