You enjoy writing something people want to read, choosing a visual that supports the message, and understanding what happens after a campaign goes live. You’re willing to revise an idea, check the details, and use feedback to make the next version stronger.

We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist in Cincinnati to support online campaigns, content creation, and day-to-day digital marketing activity. You’ll work with the team to keep social media, email communications, and website content coordinated, accurate, and relevant to the audiences we want to reach.

What You’ll Work On

• Draft and schedule social media content using approved campaign plans.
• Prepare email marketing copy, check links, and support campaign setup.
• Update website content and help maintain clear, consistent messaging.
• Create or adapt graphics and promotional assets using brand guidelines.
• Maintain content calendars and coordinate feedback and approvals.
• Monitor engagement, website traffic, and campaign results, preparing straightforward reports.
• Suggest improvements to content, timing, and delivery based on audience responses.

Show Us How You Think and Communicate

Experience in digital marketing, social media, content, or communications is helpful. Relevant internships, freelance assignments, coursework, volunteering, and work promoting a business or community organization are welcome.

You may have supported a Cincinnati retailer’s social pages, written a newsletter, updated a website, or helped promote an event online. Tell us what you contributed and what you learned.

A specific degree isn’t required. We’re looking for:

• Clear writing and attention to spelling, accuracy, and tone.
• Good organization when handling several content deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and everyday digital tools.
• Comfort using spreadsheets and reviewing basic performance information.
• A constructive approach to feedback and collaboration.

Experience with Canva, website content systems, email marketing platforms, or Google Analytics is a plus. You don’t need to have used every platform we work with.

Develop Your Digital Marketing Practice

You’ll receive guidance on company platforms, brand standards, and campaign processes. Working alongside colleagues, you’ll build experience in content planning, digital campaign delivery, and performance reporting while taking responsibility for assigned activities.
