Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering sessions with clients Create design documentation Take an active role in the configuration and development of the D365 CE system Act as the point of contact for client interactions Participate in the Agile and/or Microsoft SureStep Iterative Methodologies Basic Qualifications 5-7 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work in a self-directed manner and develop strong working relationships with clients Relevant, hands-on work related experience working in a team environment Desire to learn and grow Superior organizational, writing, interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE certified Experience with Scribe SQL Server Reporting Services experience Experience with Field Service Experience with the Power Platform Post-secondary education in information technology or related At RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
