We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Fusion SCM Planning Analyst to lead Oracle Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Manufacturing Planning, and Costing initiatives for a complex enterprise manufacturing environment.
This role will partner closely with business and IT stakeholders to drive digital transformation, optimize Oracle Fusion/EBS planning and manufacturing processes, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions across supply chain operations.
The ideal candidate will bring deep Oracle Planning and Manufacturing functional expertise, strong business process transformation experience, and prior aerospace/defense or highly regulated manufacturing project experience.
Qualifications:- 10+ years of Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion functional experience
- Strong Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS experience required
- Deep expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Manufacturing Planning
- Extensive experience with Oracle modules including: Order Management Inventory Purchasing / Receiving ASCP / Supply Planning BOM WIP Quality MES
- Strong experience in Manufacturing Planning and Manufacturing Costing
- Experience with Average Costing and Project Costing
- Strong understanding of Discrete Manufacturing and Manufacturing Operations
- Experience leading GAP Analysis, CRPs, UAT, Functional Design, and Business Workshops
- Strong knowledge of Oracle interfaces, workflows, and database tables
- Ability to create Functional Design Documents, Test Scripts, Configuration Documents, and Process Flows
- Experience working with Oracle Support and Service Desk / Ticketing Systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
