Rooted in the USMC values of honor, courage, and commitment, Terrestris seeks to deliver extraordinary value to the American people by helping the Government become more efficient and effective.So, what will the Program Manager at Terrestris do?The Program Manager is a key personnel position supporting the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Refugee, Asylum, and International Operations (RAIO) Directorate.The Program Manager is responsible for overall contract execution, serving as the primary liaison between the Contractor and the Government. This role ensures high-quality administrative support services are delivered in compliance with contract requirements, performance work statements (PWS), and applicable DHS regulations.What does a typical day look like for the Program Manager?You will:Act as the central point of contact between the Contractor and the Government Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)Provide full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor for all daily operational contract mattersEnsure contract performance remains within scope, cost, schedule, and quality requirementsMaintain compliance with DHS, USCIS, and RAIO policies and proceduresOversee Site Leads and Executive Administrative Support personnelEnsure adequate staffing, coverage, and performance across multiple locations and shiftsProvide periodic surveillance and oversight of on-site operationsEnsure personnel performance aligns with PWS requirements and service-level expectationsIdentify, communicate, and resolve performance issues in coordination with the Government.Prepare and deliver required reports, briefings, and status updatesServe as escalation point for operational, staffing, and performance-related concernsImplement quality control processes to ensure consistent, compliant service deliveryMonitor performance metrics and corrective actionsProactively identify risks and recommend mitigation strategiesWhat qualifications do you look for?You might be the professional we're looking for if you have:Authorization to work in the U.S. permanently, without sponsorship.Active Secret Security ClearanceThree (3) years of project or program management experience within the last five (5) years, including at least one of the following:Management of a project and/or contract valued at $5 million or more, ORSupervision of approximately 50 personnel supporting a contract or project across multiple shifts and geographically dispersed locationsBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.Strong contract and project management capabilitiesExperience managing large, complex service contractsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsProven ability to manage distributed teamsKnowledge of federal contracting environments (DHS/USCIS experience preferred)Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsWhat kind of benefits does Terrestris Offer?We offer outstanding benefits including health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, as well as paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, and work-life programs.
