Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, collecting pertinent information regarding clients' mental health issues and their available resources.

• Provide high-quality therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy in alignment with clients' unique treatment plans.

• Utilize various evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure that all aspects of our clients' care are integrated and effective.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with specific goals and interventions, regularly assessing progress and adjusting as necessary.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to promote broader community support and engagement.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning to ensure the well-being of clients in distress.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
