We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented *Accounting Support / Administrative Assistant* to join our team in Sunrise, Florida.This position provides administrative and accounting support to the accounting department and includes homeowner accounting assistance, document management, and general office administration. Comprehensive training will be provided on company systems, procedures, software platforms, and industry-specific processes.To learn more about our company, please visit: Details** *Position:* Accounting Support / Administrative Assistant* *Location:* Sunrise, FL* *Schedule:* Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)* *Pay Rate:* $18.00 – $20.00 per hour*Benefits** Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance after 60 days* 40 hours of Sick PTO after the 90-day probation period* 40 hours of Vacation PTO after one year of employment* 7 paid federal holidays*Responsibilities** Maintain and review homeowner account ledgers* Scan, organize, and maintain correspondence and financial records* Process and document homeowner payments* Print and prepare checks as directed by the accounting team* Assist with the preparation and processing of attorney disbursement letters* Provide administrative and clerical support to the accounting department* Assist with special projects and daily operational tasks* Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with vendors and homeowners, resolve concerns, and de-escalate challenging situations professionally*Qualifications** Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred* 1–2 years of experience in accounting support, bookkeeping, administrative support, or a similar role* Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes* Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills* Ability to manage confidential information with discretion* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel* Experience with document management, scanning, and general office equipment* Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal communication) preferred* Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn and grow professionalJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Next Generation Management Services Llc
