Accounting ClerkPrior automotive experience requiredJob Type: Full-timeThis is not a remote position.Expected hours: 40 per weekEssential Responsibilities (not limited to) Per Role Hired:Process daily deposits accurately and efficientlyProcess P.O.s and invoices accurately and on time Receipt payments and fundingReconcile General Ledger and SchedulesPost all new and used deals to accounting accuratelyLog all commissions and gross into corresponding logsReconcile General Ledger and SchedulesProcess lien payoff policies procedures, and regulationsQualifications:Must be proficient in CDK Drive or similar DMS systemYou must have flexibility to work an occasional night and weekend, when necessary, due to month end and workload needs.Must be dependable and detailedMust be accustomed to working under strict deadlinesKnowledge of bookkeeping/accounting theories and practicesAbility to handle responsibilities independently with minimum supervisionComplete month end checklist accurately and efficientlyComply with the company team environmentExcellent computer skills including excel and wordExcellent written, verbal, and communication skillsMust be able to work well with people on all levels and be able to communicate effectively with themBenefits:Excellent pay and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance after 30 daysPTO401(k) with employer matchEmployee Discount ProgramEmployee assistance programSchedule 8-hour shift Monday-FridayEducation & Experience:High school or Equivalent (Required)Automotive Accounting: 2 years (required)CDK: 2 years (preferred)Microsoft Office: 5 years (preferred)License/Certification: Driver’s license with clean driving record & drug screenEOE/DFWP
