Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist license in North Carolina.
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children.
• New graduates/Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply.
• Openness to travelers seeking rewarding contract positions.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy to students.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and prepare detailed reports.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Track student progress and document interventions according to school and legal standards.
• Contribute insights to student support teams and participate in meetings.
• Provide in-person services; please note virtual/remote opportunities are not available due to budget constraints.
