We should talk. 77 Plastic Surgery is hiring a Business Development Manager to take ownership of 300–400+ inbound patient inquiries each month and convert qualified prospects into attended consultations. This is not a receptionist, scheduling, or traditional patient-coordinator position. It is a sales and conversion role delivered through exceptional patient care. You will proactively call, text, and email prospects; re-engage those who go quiet; uncover hesitation; address concerns; and confidently ask the right people to take the next step. What You Will Own A pipeline of 300–400+ predominantly inbound leads each month Phone, text, and email follow-up Re-engagement of stalled and unresponsive prospects Qualification for fit, seriousness, readiness, and timing Conversations about fear, cost, uncertainty, and competing options Consultation booking and confirmation Reduction of cancellations and no-shows CRM accuracy and pipeline discipline Daily activity and weekly performance goals Improvement of scripts, workflows, and follow-up systems These prospects have already expressed interest in plastic surgery or aesthetic treatment.
