Business Development Representative

ÉVEILLER DESIGN is expanding internationally. We are looking for a Business Development Representative to help us build relationships and generate new business opportunities across the United States and Marbella / Costa del Sol. ÉVEILLER DESIGN is a premium design studio working across Interior Design, Spatial Design, Brand Identity and Digital Experience. We work with ambitious companies, founders, property developers, hospitality businesses and private clients who value distinctive design, quality and long-term value. The Role As a Business Development Representative, you will help identify and connect ÉVEILLER DESIGN with potential clients and strategic opportunities. Your focus will be on relationship building, lead generation and opening the right doors. You will: Identify potential clients and business opportunities Research and approach qualified prospects Build relationships with decision-makers Introduce ÉVEILLER DESIGN and its services Generate qualified leads and project opportunities Develop relationships within luxury real estate, hospitality, design and premium business networks Arrange introductory conversations with potential clients Support opportunities through the early stages of the sales process Represent ÉVEILLER DESIGN professionally and consistently Who We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is commercially minded, confident and relationship-driven. You should: Have strong communication and relationship-building skills Be professionally fluent in English Be comfortable approaching new people and businesses Be self-motivated and able to work independently Have a professional presence and strong interpersonal skills Understand how premium clients and businesses make decisions Be interested in design, architecture, luxury, real estate, hospitality or premium services Previous sales or business development experience is valuable, but strong networks, commercial instincts and relationship-building ability are equally important. Preferred Experience Experience or connections in one or more of the following areas are highly relevant: Property development Hospitality Luxury brands Branding Private client services Experience working with founders, executives, developers, investors, high-net-worth individuals or premium businesses is a strong advantage. Existing relationships or market knowledge in California, Miami, Marbella or the Costa del Sol are particularly valuable. Spanish language skills are a plus. Compensation Commission-based compensation. This is a performance-driven role where compensation is directly connected to successfully generated business.
