Job Title: Welder Job Description

The Welder/Fabricator is responsible for performing MIG and TIG welding on metal components and assemblies. This position primarily focuses on welding, with opportunities to learn additional fabrication processes, including operating fabrication machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will be safety-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of producing high-quality welds in a manufacturing environment.

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metal parts and assemblies.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect welds to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
• Grind, clean, and prepare materials for welding and fabrication.
• Assist with cutting, tube bending, and other fabrication processes as needed.

• Testing quality assurance.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Standing for extended periods.
• Capability to work around water throughout the day.

This is a Contract position based out of Fort Pierce, FL.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
