We’ve partnered with a leading Am Law firm seeking a litigation associate with 3 to 6 years of experience to join its growing Consumer Protection practice . Responsibilities Defend complex consumer class actions and other high‑stakes commercial disputes. Take ownership of substantive litigation responsibilities, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and case management. Advise clients on consumer protection and related regulatory issues. Work closely with attorneys in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment. Qualifications 3 to 6 years of litigation experience. Experience handling consumer class actions or other complex commercial litigation. Excellent legal writing, research, and advocacy skills. Experience with false advertising, unfair competition, or regulatory matters is a plus.
