Print & Digital Advertising Operations Coordinator

Times Media Group is seeking a highly organized Print & Digital Advertising Operations Coordinator to manage the daily flow of advertising from Sales through production and final publication across our print and digital products. This is a fast-paced, deadline-driven role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple advertising orders and deadlines simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the daily trafficking of print and digital advertising from order through publication or campaign launch. Review ad orders and creative materials for accuracy, completeness, specifications, and deadlines. Coordinate with Sales, Design and Production to ensure ads move through the workflow efficiently. Manage advertiser proofs, revisions, approvals, and last-minute changes. Track missing artwork, creative, approvals, and other items needed to meet deadlines. Coordinate digital ad scheduling, creative delivery, URLs, and campaign requirements. Ensure print and digital advertising is published accurately and according to contracted specifications. Troubleshoot production and trafficking issues and communicate solutions quickly. Maintain advertising schedules, production calendars, and workflow tracking. Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and overall ad operations. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in advertising operations, ad trafficking, publishing, media, newspaper/magazine production, or a related field. Exceptional organization and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or familiarity with advertising creative files preferred. Experience with Magazine Manager, Digital Studio, or similar publishing/ad systems preferred. Knowledge of both print and digital advertising workflows is highly desirable.
