Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This rewarding, full-time contract opportunity spans the 2026-2027 school year, with tentative dates and a vital new hire orientation scheduled from August 12 to August 14. What You Bring:

• Current, active Illinois OT or COTA license—please be prepared to verify your credentials.
• Experience working in school-based settings, particularly with K-12 populations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassion and adaptability for supporting students across a variety of needs and grade levels.
• Ability to work onsite for the full duration of the assignment.
• Commitment to 35 hours per week throughout the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students as part of an interdisciplinary team within the school setting.
• Support students’ academic and functional success through direct therapy, consultation, and collaboration with educators and families.
• Deliver individualized and group interventions per student IEPs.
• Participate in assessments, documentation, progress monitoring, and IEP meetings.
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment tailored to each child’s developmental and educational goals.
