Payment Workflow Specialist

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Payment Workflow Specialist will review trip records for accuracy, correct posting errors, and conduct quality assurance checks to ensure payments are processed correctly. Key responsibilities: Verify payments against contractual agreements and patient responsibilities for trips Investigate account discrepancies and resolve missing payments while documenting changes Respond to posting-related inquiries from clients, vendors, and internal team members Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of experience in medical billing and basic accounting principles preferred Proficiency with Practice Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong experience with payment posting and deposit reconciliation Ability to type at least 35 WPM and perform 10-key data entry (minimum 10,000 keystrokes per hour)
