LHH is partnering with a highly respected national law firm seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join its Chicago office.
This role offers the opportunity to work directly with attorneys on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions while taking ownership of matters from inception through closing.
Compensation: $67,000 - $128,000
What They're Looking For: ✔️ 3+ years of Commercial Real Estate Paralegal experience (5+ years preferred)
✔️ Strong title & survey review experience
✔️ Experience supporting complex IL commercial real estate transactions
✔️ Knowledge of Illinois real estate practices is a plus
✔️ Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment
