COVERAGE AREA
- San Marcos, New Braunfels and surrounding areas
- Capitol supports families in the Austin Metro Area and the surrounding counties (Bastrop, Bell, Blanco, Bosque, Burnet, Cadwell, Coryell, Falls, Fayette, Hays, Lampasas, Lee, Llano, McLennan, Milanm, San Saba, Travis and Williamson). JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for implementation of standards of care for speech-language pathology services offered by Capitol Home Health.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A graduate of a Master's or Doctorate program in Speech-Language Pathology(SLP), and is licensed as a speech-language pathologist by the State of Texas.
- Possesses and maintains American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) certification.
- Minimum of one (1) years' clinical experience in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience in a Home Health, preferred.
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication, and organization skills.
- Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
- Access to reliable transportation
