Financial Analyst Payroll

SHAZAM is looking for a payroll financial analyst to join our team. You'll work closely with our payroll team providing financial analysis models and ensuring employees are paid accurately. This position has hybrid work flexibility.

What you'll do:

• Develop models and create reports regarding compensation and benefits
• Serve as primary backup for processing payroll for 600+ employees.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential payroll files.
• Coordinate payroll activities with Human Resources.
• Analyze payroll information for monthly financial statements.
• Answer inquiries from employees regarding payroll.
• Serve as backup for various accounting functions.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or related work experience in financial accounting.
• Payroll processing experience with ADP and Workforce Now a plus.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a high expectations and confidential environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Annual salary starting at $44,000 to $58,000*

• Actual compensation will be based upon factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
