Job Title: HR Generalist
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Full-Time

Position Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive HR Generalist to support daily human resources operations in a fast-paced office environment. This role will assist with employee onboarding, compliance, recordkeeping, and general HR administrative functions to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience.


Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate onboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and orientation
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with I-9 completion and E-Verify processing
• Support benefits administration and employee inquiries
• Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Help coordinate training sessions and employee meetings
• Address general HR-related questions from employees and management
• Assist with performance documentation and disciplinary records
• Support recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of human resources or administrative experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• High level of discretion when handling confidential information
