Regional Operations Leader — Remote & Field-Ready

Humana is seeking a Regional Operations Manager responsible for overseeing field teams, ensuring safety, efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery of operations work across the region. The role includes developing operating standards, managing expenses, scheduling, payroll entry, assigned projects, hiring and coaching, and daily regional production. The position requires field onboarding in the initial months, travel up to 50% of the time (including to corporate HQ), and strong leadership of #J-18808-Ljbffr Humana
