This role is focused on helping individuals and families protect what matters most by providing customized auto, home, and personal insurance solutions. You will work directly with new and existing clients to identify coverage needs, present tailored options, and guide them through the decision-making process. This is a performance-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, closing business, and creating long-term client value. Responsibilities: Work leads and inbound opportunities to quote and close personal lines policies Conduct needs-based conversations to identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions Build and manage a pipeline of prospects and follow-up opportunities Maintain strong relationships with clients to support renewals and referrals Cross-sell additional personal insurance products when appropriate Provide a smooth and professional client experience from quote to bind Track activity, follow-ups, and policy updates in agency systems Qualifications: Active Property & Casualty license required Prior sales experience strongly preferred (insurance, retail, phone sales, or B2C sales) Strong communication and closing skills Self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-based environment Ability to manage multiple active opportunities at once Organized, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset Compensation & Benefits: Base salary $34,000–$50,000 depending on experience Uncapped commission opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Paid time off Training and ongoing development Growth opportunities within the agency #J-18808-Ljbffr
