We’re looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused professional to join our growing insurance agency as a Customer Service & Insurance Sales Representative .

In this role, you’ll be an important part of the customer experience—helping customers with their insurance needs, answering questions, solving problems, and making sure they feel confident about their coverage.

But this role goes beyond customer service.

You’ll also have the opportunity—and responsibility—to identify additional insurance needs, recommend appropriate products, generate referrals, and contribute to the agency’s sales, retention, and growth goals .

???? What You’ll Do

✔ Create an exceptional customer experience by providing friendly, professional, and personalized service.

✔ Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, coverage updates, account maintenance, and general insurance questions.

✔ Help customers navigate the claims process , including claim reporting, updates, and follow-up.

✔ Build strong relationships with existing customers through proactive communication, follow-up, and policy reviews.

✔ Look beyond the immediate request to identify opportunities where customers may need additional insurance protection.

✔ Educate customers about available insurance products and coverage options based on their individual needs.

✔ Cross-sell and multi-line existing customers when appropriate to help provide more complete protection.

✔ Generate referrals and identify opportunities to bring new business into the agency.

✔ Work toward established individual and team sales, retention, and performance goals.

✔ Follow up with prospects and customers by phone, text, and email.

✔ Maintain accurate customer records and properly document conversations, policy activity, and follow-up tasks.

✔ Work closely with your teammates to achieve agency goals while maintaining a positive and professional environment.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Sales experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person with the right attitude and work ethic.

Insurance experience is helpful but not required.
