Business Analyst, Global Consumer Insights Director

Title- Business Analyst, Global Consumer Insights Director LOCATION: San Francisco, CA – Onsite, critical 4 out of 5 days a week HOURS: 8:30 – 9:00 AM to 4:30 – 5:00 PM, with flexibility for occasional global calls REQUIRED EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in any field TOP 5 REQUIRED SKILLS Minimum 12 years of experience in a consumer insights role, either in house or at a research agency Experience leading Brand Tracking research Experience leading innovation and product development research for physical goods Experience launching research via self-service research platforms (e.g. Suzy, Zappi, etc.), including defining research goals, recommending appropriate methodologies, writing questionnaires and/or discussion guides, managing online surveys and/or moderating qualitative discussions, conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis, and writing findings presentations Experience managing research agency relationships, including defining research goals, recommending appropriate methodologies, managing the RFP process, and managing vendor relationships to ensure reports meet desired objectives TECHNOLOGY PROFICIENCIES Microsoft Suite including Office, Word, Powerpoint, Excel Data analysis in Microsoft Excel Self-service research platforms, especially Suzy or Zappi PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES Experience leading and mentoring a team Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners, particularly across brand marketing and product innovation Experience presenting to executive leadership Ability to translate data into insights that get at the “why” and the “so what” Budget management Ability to see the bigger picture of consumer research while also minding the details of research design and data analysis #J-18808-Ljbffr Pegasus Knowledge Solutions
