Payroll & HR Coordinator

Join a growing team where you'll play a key role in supporting payroll, timekeeping, and HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Support payroll processing through daily timecard reviews, attendance tracking, employee call-in management, and payroll-related data verification.
  
• Maintain and update employee records.
  
• Research and resolve timekeeping discrepancies and payroll-related issues.
  
• Assist with onboarding, I-9 administration, employee documentation, and HR compliance activities.
  
• Generate reports, perform high-volume data entry, and maintain organized confidential records.
  
• Serve as a resource for employees, supervisors, and operations on payroll and HR-related matters.
  

What We're Looking For:

• Experience supporting payroll, timekeeping, HR administration, or employee records management.
  
• Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel.
  
• Experience with HRIS, Workday, UKG, or similar systems preferred.
  
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
