Georgia Licensed Clinical Quality Director

Serving as the subject-matter expert on payer requirements, the remote Georgia Licensed Clinical Quality Director will manage the review and approval of treatment plans, ensuring compliance with Medicaid, TRICARE, and Georgia DCH standards while providing guidance and feedback to clinical staff. Key responsibilities Review and approve approximately 100 treatment plans monthly, ensuring they meet payer and regulatory standards Monitor payer manual updates and translate them into actionable guidance for the clinical team Provide coaching and feedback to BCBAs and Clinical Directors to enhance their skills in creating compliant treatment documentation Required qualifications Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or equivalent BCBA certification and licensed in Georgia Experience with prior authorization review for Georgia payors Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Familiarity with CentralReach and workflow management software
