Job Description

Assemble structures, subassemblies, cooling systems, and cabinet components using hand and power tools. Install mechanical hardware, busbars, brackets, cable trays, and structural components according to engineering blueprints and manufacturing instructions. Perform mechanical part alignment and follow electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Guide, cut, strip, crimp, and terminate electrical wires and harnesses. Install electrical components, document results, and communicate issues to engineers or project leaders. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions accurately. Conduct quality inspections during the process to ensure assembly meets all standards. Use a tablet to locate work orders and lift up to 50 pounds.

Assemble, modify, rework, and reassemble production components using blueprints, material lists, process documentation, and verbal instructions. Perform repetitive and specialized assembly operations to meet quality and production standards, conduct basic quality checks, and identify defects or non-conformities. Use hand and power tools including electric screwdrivers, wire strippers, and crimping tools.

Workplace Environment

Work hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 9 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., with current shifts of 10 hours per day. Employees must be willing to work overtime when necessary.

The job is located in two places:

• Fountain Inn, on Southchase Blvd.

Job Type & Location

This is a contract to hire position based out of Fountain Inn, SC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.50/hr.
