Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and energetic Direct Marketing Service Professionals  to join our Cuyahoga Falls team. This role isn't just about building relationships with customers. Your responsibilities will include educating potential customers on current rates in the area, creating and submitting verification applications, building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating customer and neighborhood needs, and verifying successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.

This is an entry level position tailored to a merit based business plan. What that means for you is that even though you're starting out at entry level, we are eager to continue expanding our presence in new territories. Responsibilities 

• Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
• Meet with potential and existing customers within your assigned territory
• Meet or exceed designated individual and office targets
• Create and implement an effective sales strategy
• Document all leads, contracts, and customer interactions in Customer Relationship Management program
• Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close deals

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED not required
• Previous experience in outside sales a plus
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
• Strong overall communication skills
• A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
