About the Position

• The House Supervisor Registered Nurse serves as the on-site clinical and administrative leader for Hospital during evening, night, and weekend shifts.
• This role ensures safe and effective patient care delivery across all hospital units, coordinates staffing and bed management, supports nursing teams, manages emergencies and critical incidents, and maintains compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
• The RN functions as a key decision-maker, resource, and liaison between departments to promote patient safety, quality care, and operational efficiency.

• Previous Charge/Supervisory Experience: Required
• Travel Experience: Required
• Charting System: Epic (Required)
• Teaching/Community/Trauma Experience: Preferred (Level I or II Trauma, Teaching, LTAC, Community)
• Certifications (Required unless noted):
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS* (Preferred)
